We the Theatre Artists of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, having realized the bounteous potentials in our culture and the joy of artistic fulfillment, and knowing that the conditions for creativity and excellence have been grossly minimized, now hereby resolve to form a formidable and viable body of artistes to promote and articulate the arts and its practice in the interest of members in particular and the country at large.
