About Us
Creativity and Service!
- About Us
For us, creativity is more than performance — it is a tool for change, growth, and national pride. At NANTAP, we believe that creativity is most powerful when it goes beyond the stage to serve people. That is why our work is centered on empowering members with opportunities, building communities through cultural expression, and contributing to Nigeria’s social and economic development.
Through theatre, we inspire dialogue, preserve our heritage, and promote unity. By serving our members, our society, and our nation, we ensure that the arts remain a vital force for progress, shaping not only the cultural landscape but also the future of generations to come.
Our Mission
To make theatre in Nigeria a viable and respected profession by building structures, opportunities, and support systems that enable practitioners to thrive.
We are dedicated to empowering members, advancing theatre as both an art and industry, and ensuring it plays a vital role in national growth and cultural preservation.
Our Vision
A united community of Nigerian theatre practitioners driving cultural excellence, shaping narratives, and securing the welfare of professionals at home and abroad.
We envision Nigerian theatre as a globally recognized force that inspires, educates, and builds lasting impact for generations to come.
